Our bodies use our senses – sight, sound, smell, taste, touch, –  to observe and receive information about the world around us.

But our environment and experiences are complex, and some of the safety-seeking mechanisms written into our nervous system are not serving our deepest needs and desires.

Through the somatic healing process we can use the intelligence of the body and the nervous system to heal and release.

During our time together we’ll get curious about what safety feels like in your body. Feeling safe opens up pathways to connection – with yourself, with the world around you, with the people around you. Safety leads to presence, which opens up space for connection. When we’re both present, right here and right now in this room together, feeling safe, our systems can sing their songs of connection with each other.

I’m here to witness and support you as you access and deepen your sense of safety, presence, and connection.
