Session Supports
Session Credit for Caregivers — up to $60 per session
Clients who are actively providing care for dependents may apply care-related costs toward their session fee. This includes childcare or elder care, nursing or respite support, or transportation required in order to attend the session.
- Maximum credit: $60 per session

Reduced Rate for Upholders — $110 per 90-minute session
For clients carrying a disproportionate share of financial responsibility (housing, dependents, medical care), a reduced rate of $110 per session is available.
This rate is self-selected; no documentation is required.
Garden Exchange Sessions
A limited number of sessions are available via Garden Exchange—a barter option for those with time and physical capacity.
- 3 hours of working in the garden alongside me = 1 full session
- Gardening time must be completed prior to redeeming the session
- Availability is limited and scheduled separately from sessions
Why I Offer Session Credit for Caregivers
When my children were very young, I needed support and resourcing the most - and that was also the hardest time to access it. Any time away required arranging and paying for childcare, which meant that the true cost of my self-care was often far higher than the session fee alone.
I offer Session Credit for Caregivers to acknowledge the real, often invisible, costs of providing care for small children, aging parents, or ailing loved ones. My intention is to reduce practical barriers so that giving to yourself becomes more accessible amidst giving so much to others.
